Dear GP organizers,

Can you please consider my request to credit me when you use my puzzles in instruction booklets of future competitions.

Thanks,
Fred

Hi Fred,

Are these puzzles of yours in the Sudoku GP or the Puzzle GP?

This is one of the reasons I make it explicit in the Puzzle GP rules that all example puzzles submitted to the Puzzle GP will be placed in the public domain. I have more than 100 example puzzles and attributing them all in the instruction booklet would be a nightmare, not to mention confusing to the participants.

Please tell me which example puzzles in the Puzzle GP are yours, and I will make sure to replace them in my archives.

If you are referring to the Sudoku GP, I have no control over that.

Hi Fred,

I have the same answer as Wei-Hwa. All submitted example puzzles for Sudoku GP become part of the public domain. Sudoku GP archive is well collected and for now I am using examples from the previous years. I have no evidence of the authorship, too.

If you do not agree with the above, somehow let me know about all puzzles and examples you provide for GP in the past and I will replace them for the future rounds. Or maybe you have some better idea how to overcome this situation.

Thanks,
Nikola

It concerns sudoku GP.
I see here and there example puzzles I provided for the round I prepared in 2014. Please don't forget you don't own copyright for the puzzles provided before 2015. They are neither in the public domain.
Nikola, can you replace the ones that are in your archives that come from the 3rd round of sudoku GP 2014?

Thanks,
Fred

I have found your booklets from 2014, and I'll make sure to replace these puzzles for the next rounds.

Thanks !
