2025 Puzzle Round 6, Puzzle 30 Yin Yang Area Division

Solution discussion spoiler alert

In the bottom left, there's an I with a T to the right of it. However, the left prong of the T is on an L, and there's also an L just below it, so could the T not also have been an F? Am I missing something there?

Also how hilariously confusing would that sentence be to a non puzzler...

There's two other places as well... Seems there should've been a written note about not repeating polyomino shapes. Looking at the instruction book you can see the superset for the example includes multiples of some shapes, but that isn't there on the completed example in the puzzle book, so it just looks like repeated shapes are allowed. It should've been explicitly stated to avoid confusion
