Cheating Check to be Improved

Sudoku and Puzzle Grand Pix are set for lovers of those to solve problems and get fun instead of those who use dishonest methods, for example, coding, or using multiple accounts, to earn more credits within competitions.
However, during SGP 4, we can see that "哈 哈" from China completes 15 problems and gets 11 correct within only 40 minutes, and "YY ONG" from Malaysia gets 13 problems correct within only 3 minutes. Even the top solver, "Suzhe QIU", used more than 50 minutes to finish all the problems.
The cheaters are getting rather despicable that the fair environment of competition is getting ruined. Thus, I suggest that the cheaters should be severely punished. Otherwise, the original intention of holding SGPs and PGPs will also become in vain.
