Fuzuli and Easy As... (Fuzuli)

In Fuzuli and its Easy As... variant, is it possible that the given list will contain some letters more than once? (e.g. {A,A,B,C,D}, so each row+column would then need two As and one of B, C, and D.) Thanks!
