If you click on the "Puzzle GP" option from the left menu, you will see an option for "Competition Puzzles". Clicking on that should yield two more options--the Password and the Answer form. Click on the password page to be taken to a confirmation screen, and then once you choose to continue, the password will be on the next page.
To enter your answers, you'll need to use the answer form.
