Puzzle GP Round 4 Answer Error

In PGP 4 IB Problem 20-21, the read answer is 008202. However, the inserted answer is 008204. The read answer sees the column where the first cell is located as column 1, but the inserted answer sees the first column of the whole plate as column 1. Which should we refer to?
