Puzzle GP Round 4 Swiss Crosses Example

The example given in the instruction booklet has a double solution or am I seeing something wrong? The output for the ANSWER doesn't change, but the place of the crosses is not unique... The rightmost could be shifted one cell to the left and the solution would still be valid in my point of view! What am I missing or does it really have a double solution?

I think that if you read the second sentence in the instructions, you will find resolution.
