Puzzle GP8 #4 Tents (diagonal, twos)

The example for puzzle #4 (Tents [diagonal,twos]) seems to have two solutions -- can't one switch the contents of the 3rd and 5th rows? (i.e. have tents in row 3 columns 1,3,5 and row 5 columns 2 and 5)
