question about IB puzzle GP 1 "football pass"

I have a question about football pass. It seems to be understood, that you have to find one path for each team, but I couldnt find it explicitly stated in the rules. May it also happen, that there are two paths for white to be found and none for black (or the other way round)?

Says in instructions that each path starts from circle labeled with 1. In example there is one circle for every team. But, who knows, maybe in the final puzzles will be different. Anyhow, need to start from circle labeled 1.

yes, but that wouldnt prevent two paths both starting at the same cirle (labeled 1), would it?
