Started with unfinalized point values?

So apparently the contest has started without an updated instruction booklet. What does this mean for the point values? Do those in version 1 of the booklet stand, or should we expect them to be adapted retroactively?

(I'm a bit irritated that errata and clarification requests weren't addressed all week.)
