Submitting point protest

How can I submit a protest for review? I only entered one answer wrong on the last competitive puzzle section, and the entry was very close to the correct one, so I'm not sure why I didn't get a partial bonus.

These are the preliminary results of the sixth round of the WPF Puzzle GP tournament - Competitive Section. Any protests or amendments should be directed to puzzlegp@worldpuzzle.org by 23:59 (GMT + 2) on Sunday June 19th. Protests after this deadline will not be considered, and official results will then be published. These results will be final.
