Sudoku Round 3 IB - I am unable to print it

I have downloaded the Sudoku GP Round 3 Instruction Booklet and cannot print it. I also oddly find that I cannot print any prior PDFs from this year's GP, even though I printed them before. I can print other things, including PDFs from other sources, from my computer on my printer. We tried to print from two different MacBooks, both of which can print other PDFs, but neither could print this.

Any tips? Has anything about the formatting or encoding changed since the last round?
