Suggestion about Points Assignment

In my opinion, when assigning points for the GP, the points for each puzzle should be inflated a little compared to the points assigned in offline competitions because it takes competitors extra time to print the puzzles and submit the answers.
E.g. if top solvers need 4 minutes in average to solve a puzzle, it is normally worth 40 points in offline competitions, but can be worth 43-45 points in the GP.
If the points must be scaled the same as in offline competitions, then the time limit should be increased a little. E.g. if the testers expect top solvers to get 900 points in a round, then the time limit for this round can be set at 95 minutes instead of 90 minutes. It's somewhat difficult to get 900+ points in 90 minutes because of the extra time used for non-solving process.
I'm not sure whether the testers have already considered this and whether it makes sense, but it's just my suggestion.
