Timing in sudoku results?

I was looking at the results of Sudoku round 7 at https://gp.worldpuzzle.org/content/official-results-wpf-gp-sudoku-7-5?so... and was puzzled by the following line:
7. Landen Gelwicks USA Lanrose 320 10 10 00:10:04

Is this saying someone solved 10 puzzles for 320 points in 10 minutes, and then didn't submit any further puzzles? That seems a rather unusual and astonishing thing to do.
