Timing Sudoku Round2

Hello! On the page of competition booklet for round 2 of Sudoku GP is written that this round lasts from Friday 31st noon until February 2 midnight. But I saw in rules usually a round takes place from Friday to Monday midnight. This round looks to be 1 day shorter. Is just a mistake or this round is really shorter?
