WPF Puzzle GP 2021 - Round 2 Partial Points for Puzzle #16

There has been a potential ambiguity regarding the answer key pointed out to us regards to Puzzle #16, Shape Placement. If the solver interprets the shape as just the border of the heart and not the filled-in area of the hearts, they could potentially get the answer 1111000121 instead of the correct answer 1111001121. While we believe that the answer key is clear as written and depicted, we recognize that our example puzzle solution did not illustrate this situation and translation errors might have led to this incorrect answer. Therefore, we have decided to award the answer of 1111000121 a score of 50 points, which is 5 less than the full 55 points for getting the answer correct.

This scoring change affects fewer than 10 players.
