Puzzle GP Round 3 Results Delayed

Dear players,
Because of the swapped placement of puzzles 12 and 13 in the competition round, many solvers either lost time swapping their answers or put their answers for those two puzzles in the wrong position. I have made a decision regarding the ruling of those two puzzles:

* Each of those two puzzles will be worth 5 extra points;
* Correct answers in the correct positions will (of course) get credit.
* If you put the correct answer for 12 in the position for 13 and the correct answer for 13 in the position for 12, you will get credit for both answers;
* If you put in the correct answer for 12 in the position for 13 but not the correct answer for 13 in 12, then you will get credit for 12;
* If you put in the correct answer for 13 in the position for 12 but not the correct answer for 12 in 13, then you will get credit for 13.

This is not completely fair, but it is as close as we can make it. However, this change will require extra coding and the webmaster is currently dealing with a family emergency, so the change will be delayed.
