Because of the swapped placement of puzzles 12 and 13 in the competition round, many solvers either lost time swapping their answers or put their answers for those two puzzles in the wrong position. I have made a decision regarding the ruling of those two puzzles:

The final version of the Instruction booklet for Round 3 of the Puzzle GP is published and can be accessed on the usual page. This replaces the draft version published a few days ago that did not have the scoring values added.

Apologies for the late release this week; some of the delay was due to Wei-Hwa's travel changes from COVID-19.
