Sudoku GP 4 single parity skyscraper

I have a question concerning GP 4 instruction booklet, no 8 single parity skyscraper sudoku. On the right dide there us the clue 1 in line 7.
Souldn't there be a 9 or 8 as last number in line 7?

instead of 1 it should be 2 (even) or 3 (odd or both)
also i dont understand 0 (zero clue) on the last page

on the last page in line 5 I think the clue must be 3 instead of 2 for the odd buildings, here the number 1 is not marked greyed, so it wasn't count.

1 is not visible because you have 6 in front of it, the same is in example where 1 is correct number for the odd visible buildings (only 9 is visible)
