Will there be cells reached by lines from two opposite circles simultaneously?
For example, if the content in a row is 312456789 and there are circles in cells with 3 and 4, then there will be two opposite lines covering the 1 and the 2. Will this happen in the competition puzzle?

Emitters sudoku circle without lines?
Please share some advice on how to approach emitters sudoku GP3 #12. I just can't get the meaning of a bare circle in the corner. What should I look at to figure out anything further?(I only have 7s in box 2 and 4 and that's it)
The first number is greater
If there is not a line starting from a circle in a direction, it means that the first number in this direction is greater than the number in the circle. In this case no lines can be drawn from that circle in that direction.
