Hello Guys,
I'm trying to understand how does the claim bonus work. I'm not able to click it during the submission of the sudoku tournaments neither in the start nor the end, not sure why. Can someone please guide me though this?

Send answers again
You can claim bonus only after sending answers of all puzzles. After doing so, if the claim bonus button cannot be clicked, please click on the "Send Answers" button again. Then the information will appear and you can claim bonus.
Why was the button still grey
Why was the button still grey even after sending the answers? Was I supposed to fill out all the 15 (sudoku) puzzles?
Yes
You have to fill in the answers to all puzzles to claim bonus because bonus is awarded only for a fully (and correctly or almost correctly) solved round.
