Puzzle Round 5 Booklet

Am I blind or there is no booklet for the Puzzle Round 5 in Japan? It's beginning on Friday and now it's Wednesday evening. Nobody seems to care so that means that I'm blind and the booklet is there on the website but I just don't see it?
