WPF PUZZLE GP 2019 Round 5 puzzle 11 how to start?

Hi guys,

I am busy solving all these puzzles (with some help of the anwsers), but I just can't see how to start with puzzle 11, Hundred. Does anybody has some tips for me? I know the last one can't be 90 or higher, but that is the only thing I can say for now...

now that you know the last one can't be 90 or higher, you know that it ends in a 9. Look at the 7 and the 8. You can't have the 7 end in a 7 and the 8 end in an 8, since the sum of the row would end in a 4. You can't have the 7 be >=70 and the 8 be >=80, since the sum would be >=150. Therefore, of the 7 and 8, one of them has a digit added before it (or no digits added), and one of them has a digit added after it (or no digits added).
