Rules symmetric unequal sudoku

Hi,

I have a question about rules of the symmetric unequal sudoku. When it is written any pair of cells related by 180 degrees rotational symmetry, is the symmetry only with the cell in the center of the sudoku or also in the same way the rotation of the total sudoku ?

A centre of the symmetry is in the middle of the grid - cell in row 5 and column 5.
